We stand behind the craftsmanship of every garment. If the fit or feel is not as expected, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
2. Exchanges for an alternative size or colour are processed with zero reverse-pickup charges.
3. Refunds on prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of warehouse inspection.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are disbursed via direct bank transfer (NEFT) or UPI once bank details are verified.
